I have purchased one wrist watch unfortunately from Ajio. Upon unboxing the packet found it was discolored and defunct. When return request initiated the person came, he refused to pick up as it's little bit different from website. Spoke to Ajio customer care executive they seemed very helpless. Sent mails but till the date there is no resolution comes out. Ajio is just extending the dates of resolution. It's painful for me. Much better Flipkart or other window shopping app. Please please refrain from Ajio
