I had twice bad experience with AJIO.COM. they have sent wrong product in exchange and now they said "they cant exchange twice sue to POLICY. I have to return that product and reorder it." But if i order single item which below 1300/-rs i will have to pay 99/- delivery charges.
(1) They don't want to re-exchange it.
(2)They dont want to wave 99/- rs delivery charges.
(3)They dont want to return original product which i had purchased at 1st.(Exchanged item quality is very bad)
