It's the worst website that I had ever met till now, It's been 20 days I am following them up by keeping continues emails and calls for my refund of Rs. 650/-. I just get the mails saying that issue would be resolved within 2 Business days . On date. And if we talk about other websites atleast the customer care people would respond or call is back with a professional way but here AJIO even after 16 mails I still get the same automatic voice over asking us to press 1 , press 2 and blaa blaa..
