A friend gifted a coupon to me a month back and it didn't work, customer service is unable to help! Money was wasted, and it was an embarrassing experience for my friend. Multiple attempts /calls and emails were wasted with Ajio customer service.
I have been a regular purchaser from Ajio and to experience this disappointing situation is beyond words.
