I have worst worst experience with Ajio, recently received garment product which was completely garbage but then logged the issue in customer care. They truly fooling the customer and it has been 20days as of today, they did not resolve my issue. They are closing the ticket by their own repeatedly and then creating new ticket again asking customer to narrate again the whole story. They must be enjoying behind by frustrating customer. Horrible customer care.
