Extremely disappointing experience. After 15 days and multiple assurances, my order was still not delivered. Delivery status kept falsely claiming 'attempted delivery,' yet I never received a call or actual attempt. When I filed a complaint, no effective resolution was provided. This level of service is unacceptable.
