Don't deserve even 1 star. This has been the most frustrating and harassing experience I've ever had with a shopping platform. The issue is still unresolved after receiving a defective product from AJIO after over two months of constant back-and-forth. I've sent all the requested images multiple times, yet they keep claiming that I haven't provided the correct information. Every day, I get messages about pickup delays, and now, after weeks of waiting, they've canceled the return request without any explanation.
AJIO's customer service is absolutely horrendous, with no accountability and zero effort to resolve issues. Their pickup team is completely unreliable, and their false claims of trying to reach me are just infuriating. This company doesn't even deserve one star for its pathetic after-sales support. Avoid AJIO at all costs if you value your time and sanity!
