The worst customer service ever—it's been eleven days and my order still hasn't been returned. I made the return on December 1, 2024, and all of a sudden, my app informed me that the delivery man had been on December 3 and that the product was not eligible since it was a false allegation. I didn't receive a call, and no one showed up. The order is still with me, and I have been phoning customer service and spoken with at least six or seven people there. I'm not sure what grievance they are bringing up, though. In no other flatform have I encountered this kind of problem! I'm really annoyed by the customer service.
