Pathetic services , I have ordered a product from Ajio for which I have not received logo and delivery tag with that and when I request return for the product they declined mentioning the reason it has no logo and tag from where I can give logo and tag which is not delivered to me I have raised the complaint which they resolved without telling me any solution when I reached back to the customer care they told me not to return again the product by yourself as our team will take care of this . I have sent an email to customer care sharing the image and asked then for solution it's 3 days no response I have received from their side. As per app last day to return the product is 15th dec and I am 100% sure that these greedy people will awake after that day and say sorry time to return is ended for this product.
I would strongly give negative rating to Ajio I have to select 1 above because there is no other option available.
