Delivery agents not contact to me and and mark it as a I refused from acceptance.
Or when we calling them they saying someone else is delivering the order by their id and they don't know anything or says their bike is damaged and in repair and someone says they are on out of town on leave.
I have complained this more then 6 times on mail but no action taken and they just refund the amount and order not gets delivered.
Wasting our consumers time and frustrating shop to buy anything.
