I’m a regular user of ajio since 2022. But as year passed their costumer service has declined so drastically can’t express in words. They have a really pathetic costumer service by now. They Never shipped the ordered product on time and also they send wrong or damaged (torn) items sometimes. And also take longer time to pack and ship the items almost more than a week nowadays. And now they are looting costumers by adding convenience fee and also charge extra fee on COD. Beware customers they have become a fraudster company by now. Really pathetic work by AJIO, will stop using it now.
