I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from AJIO regarding my order [Order ID - FN2952600137]. It has been 48 hours since I reported the issue, and there has been no communication or update from the team.
The incorrect product has not been picked up as promised, and I have yet to receive the correct item I ordered (Marks & Spencer pullover in maroon, size M). This delay and lack of action reflect poorly on AJIO's service quality and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I expect immediate action to:
Pick up the incorrect product without further delay.
Deliver the correct item promptly.
If this cannot be resolved, I request a full refund at the earliest. Such experiences are highly frustrating and disappointing. I hope AJIO improves its service and communication to avoid such issues in the future.
