I had a disappointing experience with Ajio. I ordered 7 bras but received only 3. Instead of the remaining 4, I was sent a men’s trouser and a shirt by mistake.
Out of the 3 bras I received, I kept 1 and returned the other 2, for which I have already received a refund. However, since I received the wrong items instead of the 4 missing bras, I returned them and requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have only received a refund for 2 products.
Now, I have received an email stating that the returned products were not received, which seems to be due to the fact that I could only return the incorrect items (pant and shirt) instead of the missing bras. Though customer care initially assured me they would resolve it, there has been no proper response so far.
Very disappointed with the service and lack of proper resolution. Hoping Ajio will address this issue soon.
