I am a regular customer of Ajio.Last month I ordered a tee from Ajio which was oversized for me.The return request was generated immediately.After repeated changes in return pick up dates from Ajio's end ,one fine day Ajio cancelled the return pick up without any explanation after more than 20days.After more than 1.5 months and 3 complaints and multiple calls ,the customer care has not resolved the issue.They raise new complaints every time.The convenience fee we pay is definitely not giving any convenience.This has happened a few years back too but later the delivery and pick up issues have been resolved.As I have no way to escalate the level and resolve my issue,I am forced to leave this review.
