I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your platform. I placed an order (FN3582605039) for Eid celebrations, and despite being informed of a late delivery date, I was willing to wait since it was still before Eid.
However, the issue escalated when I consistently tracked my order and raised concerns through the chat option, which proved to be ineffective. To my shock, I discovered that my shipment was returned without even being dispatched.
I feel harassed and let down by Ajio's handling of my order. The experience has been terrible, and I expect a higher level of service, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my purchase.
