Terrible. Very bad customer service. Bought a shoe from Call it Spring on the app. In 3 wears it gave out. The shoe and sole separated. On contacting customer care, they said nothing can be done because it had gone over exchange time by a day or two. I was are of this but usually when there is a clear product deficiency they should replace the item and take it up with the seller. But AJIO customer care didn’t even bother to understand the problem. They just washed their hands off it. When I showed the show to Presto for repair they said not to bother, the product is obviously an old one which has been lying around. They just want to offload all the old products onto their customers. The show cost ₹2800 and I could wear it 3 times. Bad experience . Wouldn’t recommend. Better to buy in a retail store or Myntra.
