Hi Ajio, first I placed an order from your site and received a very poor-quality product. When I initiated a return, it’s been more than a week and no one has come to pick it up. Suddenly, I received a message saying that my return request has been canceled from Ajio’s side on my request, whereas I never canceled it. Your customer support service is extremely poor; they don’t even allow us to speak to a senior. After today, I will never use the Ajio app again, nor will I let my relatives and friends use it.
