I had a very disappointing experience with AJIO. I returned two jeans which were picked up by the delivery agent, but the app still shows one return as cancelled. I no longer have the product, and there is no option in the app to raise this issue. I had to email customer care and now I'm just waiting for an update. Very poor return handling and response system. Hoping for a quick resolution.
