I wanted to give 0 stars, as that’s what AJIO’s service truly deserves. I ordered two products in a single order — one was delivered several days late, and the other was arbitrarily delayed by an additional 10 days without any prior notice. Because the second product hadn’t been delivered, I wasn’t even allowed to raise a return request for the first one.
After contacting customer care, they created a cancellation request — but the earliest pickup date is two weeks away, which is unacceptable. Even worse, they refused to cancel the second product since it hadn't been delivered yet. Now I’ll need to call customer care again to initiate a return for the second item once it arrives — an entirely avoidable hassle.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. With such poor service, it’s hard to trust AJIO for online shopping anymore.
