AJIO is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Their customer support team is pathetic and extremely rude – they don’t know how to resolve issues, how to speak to customers, or even take responsibility. Every time you call, they simply talk about policies and ask you to “wait for 48 hours,” but in reality nothing happens. It’s just endless follow-ups with no real action. They deliver wrong products, wrong brands, and when you request a return, they reject it saying it’s a wrong brand – even though the product looks exactly like the images shown on their own app. This is nothing but cheating customers. Very disappointing experience. AJIO is simply frauding people instead of providing genuine service. Avoid this app if you value your money and peace of mind.
