If zero was there then I have rated it, in fact I would rate - 1. I experienced the folowing 1) very poor customer care service as they talk like resolving the complaint but keep on waiting for ten minutes with music placed on hold and then abruptly disconnecting the call. 2) They say they will pick up for exchange but the app all of a sudden will say Return cancelled by us. 3) Upon checking reviews realising the poor service, the I could see that 1Star ratings are almost 2000 negative reviews. All mentioning the same issues I had faced. Pray that you are lucky to have a good product other forget refund they will not even exchange👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
