Beginning in June of 2024 I tried filing a warranty claim with AK Racing fo a broken frame on my 3.5 year old chair. There has been no response to 2 warranty claims, multiple emails, and 3 phone messages in the past 2 months.
As of 8/22/24 when I call the phone listed on their website the response is a recording saying it is not a valid #. I fear this company has gone out of business with no warning to their customers.
Up until 2 months ago this was a good chair and previous warranty claims had been resolved quickly.
Do not buy a chair from this company!!
