Update-Four calls and emails, all promising a call from the Palm Beach Airport Manager. Nothing. They do not care! AVOID! Rented at west palm beach airport on Christmas Day and horrible and dangerous experience. Shuttle bus driver on her cell the entire trip driving one handed, never helped with our luggage. Contacted Alamo and promised a call from management which never happened. Called a second time and promised someone would address this when we returned the car two weeks later. No one knew anything about it when we returned the car. Evidently Alamo doesn't care about customer safety or service and we rent from them a lot. Next time we rent from a better company. BEWARE!!! Jay w. Update-Alamo responded with their same automated response. Which experience with this complaint shows means nothing
