We rented a SUV at the Manchester, NH airport. After driving up into Maine we discovered the 12 volt charging system wasn't working which we desperately needed for my husband's oxygen concentrator. Called and took it to the nearest Alamo which was in Bar Harbor,ME. James took care of us so efficiently. He and another employee moved all of our stuff, including my husband's scooter to a new SUV which was equipped with a 110 electrical system. No more low battery problem with the oxygen. James was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and got us out of there quickly. Cannot say enough about this young man. Great employee.
