The ordering process was very detailed as we wanted a tailored cover for our pizza oven. Monica was great to work with. She was very responsive as we went back and forth during the design process. I received prompt replies to my various design requests. The designer’s mock up sketch design was perfect. Customer service was exceptional. We just received the cover very shortly after the older was made. It is extremely well made and fits our large pizza oven perfectly. The price of the cover was exceptionally good considering the tailored design and quality. We have recommended Alco to others. I will certainly order from them in the future.
