I had new patio furniture with a unique layout. I was impressed with the reviews and the wide array of customization options for the Alco covers. Unfortunately although great quality, the covers received did not meet the dimensions ordered. I contacted customer service and they helped to resolve the issue and eventually get new covers to the correct dimensions ordered. The new covers were fabricated and shipped with no additional charge and work great. I have nothing but praise for the product and thank you to Jed for the customer service!
