Having never ordered from ALCO before, I was concerned about ordering, product quality, customer service and timely delivery. My concerns were simply unfounded. I ordered a single patio rocking log chair cover as a test case. It was not any of the standard sizes you can find on their website. The website was clear on how to measure, it was easy to upload an image of the furniture for reference and the ordering process was simple. I had a couple of questions that were answered quickly and professionally. They sent me a question on my measurements and within a few weeks I had a heavy duty, lined cover with handles, covered air vents that fit perfectly over my patio rocking chair. I was so pleased with the result, I ordered three more pieces for a custom log settee, log side table and regular log chair. They recently arrived and fit perfectly.
