From the first connection we made online to the delivery, we were very thankful for the professional work done by all of those at Alco. Our friends recommended them. We live in an area near the beach in Southern California with plenty of sun, moisture (fog) and winds. The previous covers we purchased were generic one-side-doesn't-fit-all. Having something with precise measurements, and going back and forth via email to get it all nailed down, makes a huge difference. An upgrade to the thicker material, the decision to go with one giant cover vs. two separate covers and walking through the process was fantastic customer service through Regine.
