I at first was happy with the product, but frustrated when the covers for some adirondack style chairs I and my late husband made were not the right size - they made them according to the measurements asked for on the site - plus I sent pics front and side, but noone caught that they had an extra amount of 'tilt back' and needed an additional measurement. Part of them would still be exposed and I had already replaced some parts due to wood rot. I went to customer service and explained and they got permission to remake them. They asked for a great many more measurements and this time when they came they covered entirely to the ground. They look good, are of a good quality, and I am relieved. I paid nothing more, nor for the shipping. I have not generally had need to reorder from a company, but given that it happened this time, I'm glad it was this company! Give them your business - you are in good hands.
