I ordered a swing cover in 2021, received it in August but did not put on my swing until spring. When I put the swing cover on the zipper was in the wrong place. I then reached out to customer service to rectify the situation. they replaced my cover with the zipper in the correct spot. I am extremely happy with my swing cover, excellent quality and it will last for at least a decade or more. Thanks for all your help Jed.
