I placed an order for a standardized cover with a customization request on the opening to the cover. I tried to explain it the best that I could, and I sent a basic sketch for the customization. The communication was lackluster and so was the turnaround time. Their quoted turnaround time is definitely way too short. After the quoted time passed (and then some), when I had heard nothing on my order, I called, they did not answer, they responded back to me within a day or two, and they said it is in process. Another week or so later, I called again, they picked up the phone, and it was the same story. Another week or so later, I got the order in the mail. They have a lot to improve upon with customer communication, accurate turnaround estimates, and shorter turnaround times. The product itself is very impressive. The quality of the cover material is definitely above my expectations. The seams are sewn with high quality work and I can tell the cover will outlast my use for it (probably decades). The customization of the opening was perfect and exactly what I asked for. They understood my request down to the smallest detail. So, overall, I am happy that I went with this company and the product is stellar. It was definitely worth the delays and the wait. I just wish they would have been honest about the turnaround time and that they had communicated the processing better to me, especially with the extended delays.
