Cannot say enough good things about this cover and the customer support. They worked with me both over email and over the phone to ensure the custom cover was accurate and would meet my expectations. Cover arrived "as outlined" and absolutely as expected. The weight of the cover is also great. Heavy enough not to blow off and stay in place but light enough that my wife or kids can manage it and store it when not in use. I would not only order again but plan to order the matching cover for the outdoor kitchen.
