The customer service/care for the covers is absolutely phenomenal. They make sure they have it exactly right before they begin. Very professional and easy to work with. The covers themselves are phenomenal. Very high quality, thick and resilient. The ones I ordered were to cover oil filtration carts that live on top of a cooling tower. The shape is definitely not normal, but they made perfect covers and they've been working perfectly for 6+ months now. Thank you!
