I am incredibly impressed with the level of support and dedication the staff has to get things right. I ordered a cover for a complicated piece of furniture and they went above and beyond to make sure it worked. They even realized my math was off and made sure I double checked and corrected it. They are professional and communicative. We have bought two covers and both are fantastic. They are a third of the price of pottery barn and ten times the quality. I could not recommend them more.
