It is a little big in the rear, but only because the rear of my 18 year old grill has a slope which is not in the measurements. It still works, looks fine and the extra room makes it easy to pull on and off without scraping the sharp corners of the grill. Unlike my prior cover replacements, this one has never blown off in high wind. While time will tell, after 4 months, still satisfied, and my grill cover seems sturdy and heavy enough for me to recommend to others.
