Trying to find a replacement part for the custom-made cover I purchased. But instead of offering the replacement part, customer service (Gretchen) wanted me to order a new cover. In addition, I'll have to provide the spec for my equipment again in order to place a new order. Horrible service. Definitely not recommending to anyone.
