The official cover for the Yoder YS640S Smoker was clearly an afterthought that did not match the quality of the smoker; it started to degrade in the sun and the rubber logo patch started to get sticky black stuff all over the place. After reading reviews of Alco Covers, we decided to give it a go. We took photos of our smoker from all angles and then Alco marked up the photos with requested dimensions. I had a good conversation with their team and they helped me to add a zipper on one corner to make it easier to get the cover on and off. If you also need a cover for your Yoder YS640S, you can ask them to reference quote # 95125-01 to view the cover that we ordered. They only change I would make is to add some vents on the top of the vertical sides to allow for condensation to escape. I would add photos, but this review form doesn't seem to support photos.
