One star only because that is as low as I could go. Ordered a cover thinking it would zip up on the front panel as it was pictured to do. Apparently, I was wrong. When I called, I was told that I needed to "special order" the zipper via a separate link on the order page. Went back and still can't find what they are talking about. They ghosted me after I told them that their website is misleading. Obviously they don't care about their reputation or their customers. Just use another company - it's easy.
