Prior to working with Alcocovers I placed two orders with two separate competitors. Both were ultimately cancelled due to extensive delays and poor customer communication. Not with Alcocovers, the experience was smooth and production and shipping time was reasonable. Their support team answered all my questions and followed up during the entire process.
