I requested a specialty cover for my generator. I supplied measurements and photos and they sent a confirmation drawing that looked right. I tested it as soon as I received it and it fit perfectly. I asked for velcro on 3 corners so I could uncover the control panel and the exhaust while it's running. That was also perfectly done, but you went a step further - clips were added to hold the rolled up vinyl in place! That was quite a surprise and shows that someone is thinking beyond the custom order to make it better. I've ordered a couple of patio furniture covers in the past so I had a trust factor that things would go right. And they did. I always order 18 oz. for my covers. Thanks for your attention to detail.
