Very pleased with the customer service, they answered all my questions and kept me updated on production status and delivery especially during these trying times. My cover was received in a timely manner and it fit perfectly! It was very well made and from very durable material and the thickness was better than you would typically see in covers bought elsewhere. I really like the stitching and especially the radius corners which prevents the cover from catching during removal. Love the handles which are on all 4 sides which aids in removal. The straps are great for securing the cover on windy days and the vents reduces moisture build up on damp days. I highly recommend this product!
