I rated Alco Custom Covers a 4 as opposed to a 5 for the simple fact that what was originally quoted as shipping in 2 weeks took 2 months. Would I order from them again: absolutely! Why? Because when they were altered to this major delay, they did everything a reasonable person can to try to make it right including providing a refund for part of the purchase price. Plus when it did arrive, it fit my grill perfectly and appears to be made from the highest quality materials. When a company performs perfectly the first time you take it for granted. The real test of a firm who is customer-service oriented is how they react when there is a mistake. In this department, Alco gets an A+.
