I was told when I ordered my cover it would take 10-14 days before it would ship. This was longer than usual because of COVID, and that’s understandable. Their website gives an expected ship date, which has changed a couple times, but still says it will ship on 7/23, but so far hasn’t. I contacted ALCO Covers via their website. They reached out to me personally, and guaranteed shipment within the week. Customer service works.
