First class all the way! We purchased a new patio set that includes a very large, curved sofa. Most companies would not touch it, but Alco was happy to do it. I sent the measurements, and Alco wrote back promptly to say that the measurements did not seem correct. I am so thankful that they did that, instead of just making the covers. I re-measured, and sent the new dimensions. Regine was very helpful and responded immediately to my emails. The covers (sofa, fire pit and end tables) arrived today and I could not be happier. The sofa cover has a zipper in the back to make it easier on and off. The quality of the product, the color options, and the quality of the customer service all exceeded my expectations.
