So after being told there is a 10 day turnaround & what seems to be a straight forward process/transaction. I’ve been waiting for 21 days for Aldermore Bank to sign off/authorise a 2nd charge onto my property to secure a loan/mortgage. No amount of any phone calls or emails from me, my mortgage broker or solicitor seems to make any difference to this company. They have No empathy or urgency towards Customers needs. Absolutely incompetent. Avoid !
