I have an easy access savings account. They have locked my savings account which has a significant amount of money in it a seven figure sum. I cannot access it. It’s been going on for weeks and weeks with going from customer services to customer services. I am unable to speak to anyone in authority. They are deliberately keeping my money. This is a scam bank. I have lodged with financial ombudsman and also starting a fraud investigation. This bank is run by criminals. Avoid like the plague. Avoid avoid avoid. Worst bank ever.
