This is the second time they have not fulfilled a pick up order. They blame the Instacart, who they use for all pick up orders…. And Instacart blames them. I sat in the pickup spot for over 45 minutes. Called Instacart again, they advised to go in because they could not get anyone at Aldis to answer the phone. I was informed they just couldn’t see the order… could not see it???? Blamed Instacart… but had already pulled money from the account. Was told to call Instacart again. I did and they blamed the store. They did say they are the only pickup service or delivery for Aldis but since it was on the app… it’s not their issue.
