I frequently shop Aldi as they are close to where I reside. I never really had an issue as the store employees are typically very pleasant and helpful. One manager whom goes by the name T is ALWAYS VERY helpful and will stop what he’s doing to assist. August 27th 2025 I was in the store in a VERY LONG line and asked the cashier who goes by J if he can get another cashier to assist, he was VERY RUDE stating no and we will close in 10 minutes. He then began talking about the situation with a customer. I requested a manager and he stated, I AM the manager! T explained J was from another store. I told T his rudeness and lack of customer service was UNACCEPTABLE and if he’s gonna be permanent at this Grand Prairie TX store I will not be shopping here. T the manager stated that he was just there filling in. T is ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL. This J guy needs to be coached in customer service
