Horrible Customer Service! No one returns emails, unable to reach a live person via their Customer Service line. I returned a pair of shoes that I can't wear at 64 days( Unable to stretch them and they are so uncomfortable) to the Hillcrest Mall store only to be told that their policy is 60 days. I bought them on-line, paid for them immediately but didn't receive the shoes for a week so if you want to get technical ...yes it is still 60 days!! They would not accept the return and no one from Head Office is reachable!
