“I went to Aldo at Woodbury Commons and I had the pleasure to meet Dayana one of the associates She was really patient, knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and very pleasant Not from this area but whenever I am here will gladly return”

“Hidden policies and terrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed with ALDO. I purchased an item based on a friend's recommendation, expecting high brand standards. Unfortunately, the product had severe quality issues. When I contacted support, I was told that because I bought it during a Black Friday sale, I am not eligible for a return, repair, or replacement. At no point did the store manager inform me that the standard warranty does not apply to sale items. A reputable brand should guarantee the quality of its products regardless of the price tag. The fact that ALDO washes its hands of quality control on discounted items makes me wonder if they intentionally push sub-par products during promotions. I have escalated this, but buyers beware: ALDO does not stand behind their sale items.”

“I have purchased two pair of shoes from Aldo's in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, which is located in the Washington DC Metro area. The shoes are great, compliments and comfort abound. JeNelle the manager at the store was great, excellent listener and fantastic problem solver. I had a problem with a zipper on one of the shoes. I'll buy from JeNelle and Aldo's again, great stylish shoes and outstanding customer service, thanks JeNelle.”

“On 11/16/25 I went to Aldo and found dress shoes size 6 (last item) and it was mark down to $64.99. The employee need to remove the tag which took us 30 minutes before we're able to leave. The employee used different chemicals, tools in order she can remove that tag. I even asked why she need to remove it and it's company policy which I don't understand. The following Saturday 11/22 I returned the shoes because the shoes don't fit my left foot. The assigned lady told me that I can't return it because of the scratch and ask me where did I use it. I was insulted and accused me. I told her that if used it the heel should have scratch. I called my husband because his one of the witness. This is one of the store located at Fashion Place Mall. This kind of job is not easy. You have to be careful when dealing customer. You have to be respectful, mindful and don't assume. I even ask her name and the Manager's name but she refuse it. To be successful you need to hire a professional, educated and with manner. I love Aldo but because of this situation I will no longer do business with this company.”

“My strapy sandals started chipping off from only 2-3 wears. And wen i complained they said sorry we cant do anything after 6 months but the fact is i didnt wear my sandal before. I started wearing afterwards. My other loafers from Aldo got damaged after 2 yrs on road while walking. My whole soul from down below came out while walking in front of my near ones and all the public around . It was shameful. One more clutch i have which also started chipping off from sides after few uses and its sling chain always comes out from the hook while walking which again very embarassing in front of many people. I AM NOT GONNA BUY ANYTHING FROM ALDO ANYMORE AND I WILL ALSO CONVEY TO EVERYONE NEAR ME PLS DONT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY.”

“Such a bad and frustrating aldo brand is . The customer handling is very poor their executives didn’t know how to deal with customers they even not providing any resolution to the customers. its almost 20 days now no body is listening my concern everytime they are giving me unnecessarily excuses . I have emailed them 1000 of times , every day call but still nobody is providing me any resolution. I am already done with this brand ., they are a fraud and i must say don’t buy anything from aldo through their site .”

“Subject: Complaint About Rude Assistant Manager Katy Mills – Praise for Rose I came into ALDO on Thursday with my grandson. I come into ALDO often to buy shoes, and I’ve always had good experiences in the past. I had even told my grandson how much I liked shopping here, so he was excited to come in and look for shoes himself. We were helped by a young lady named Rose, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable about the shoes, and helped both my grandson and me at the same time while also assisting other customers. I watched her wait on four customers at once, and she treated everyone with kindness, patience, and respect—including me. She even apologized for how rude the assistant manager had been, even though it wasn’t her fault. Rose acted more like a manager than he did, and she handled the situation with true professionalism. She deserves a raise and has the potential to go a very long way in life or with the company. Unfortunately, the assistant manager ruined the experience. When I asked him for a shoe in my size, he told me he would only get it if I was going to buy it. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Later, when it came time to check out, Rose explained that he was the only one available to ring me up. Because of how he treated me, I refused to let him check me out and decided not to buy the shoes. Whoever hired him should be ashamed—he is not a people person and should not be in customer service. In contrast, Rose went above and beyond. She made me feel important, respected, and valued as a customer. She is exactly the type of employee who should be an assistant manager, not him. As long as this assistant manager is working at this location, I will not return. If I ever come in he better not be there to check me out. If Rose was working at my company she would be running the place. You don't find many people who truly understand the value of being in customer service. Rose is a big asset to this company they do not even know who she really is. Her friendly smile and just having conversation about why I was in there. She showed how important it is to treat a customer. I know she probably wont get a raise but she truly deserve a promotion and good raise. I wish I could talk to district manager. This girl Rose is outstanding. I pray that God bless you with more. You are an amazing young woman I would hire you ASAP. Keep doing what you do for the customers. You are very special.”

“The worst brand I used 2 bags got spoiled after 8-9 months so they didn’t retire it. I’m fine with that next one got spoiled with in month almost in 7 days but they don’t have options to replace or repair it.”

“I used to wear Aldo shoes for their durability and reasonable price, but with my last purchase, I realized that quality is now a thing of the past. It’s terrible that a shoe with less than a month of use is already having its “leather” fall apart”

“Went shopping with a friend Hillcrest mall in Richmond Hill. Let me tell you that CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ON POINT! Their customer service was so BRILLIANT that I had to ask if they took a special course to work their. Respect to those employees on Monday after. Respect to Aldo for taking the time to care about their customers. Trust me I AM IMPRESSED & THATS NOT EASY! 👊🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾”
